Code of Conduct 1: There shall only be One ULAA Council of Eminent Persons in North America.
Code of Conduct 2: We should treat others in ways that we would like to be treated, which shall include resolving conflicts and disagreements.
Code of Conduct 3: In Any deliberation, the votes of the majority shall serve as the official position of UCEP. No other position shall be taken on the subject outside the official position by a member who had abstained or participated in the discussion.
Code of Conduct 4: Any member who failed to participate in 2 to 3 scheduled meetings without providing excuse(s) for their absence to the Chair, Vice Chair or Secretary will be placed on the non-Active membership list until at such time when their membership is reactivated.
Code of Conduct 5: Any member found to be in breach of one or more terms of this Code of Conduct shall be subjected to a range of disciplinary actions, which shall include and not limited to suspension or expulsion of their membership.
Code of Conduct 6: Each member has agreed, as a condition of membership and participation to the Code of Conduct of UCEP.
